Why are there only 300 of each color shipping before Christmas?
There are only 300 of each color because we had to preorder them several months ago. But don’t worry! If the color you wanted is out of stock, we will be getting more in on a later date.

Where can the Abide Daily Planner be shipped?
As of now, we can only ship to the U.S., Canada, and Australia - but we are looking into other options for international shipping! If you want us to add shipping to your country, please let us know in the comments.
We’ve added estimated shipping costs to the campaign, and this will be added to your pledge at the end of the campaign through the campaign manager.

When are the shipping dates?
For the First Shipped pledges, we will ship in December, 2019. The rest will be shipped as soon as they are manufactured! The timeline will highly depend on shipping times, the number ordered, and so many other factors. We’ll keep you updated - the latest we foresee is Spring 2020.

If I back the project, is it a preorder?
The biggest difference between backing our Kickstarter project and a traditional pre-order is that if our project doesn’t meet our funding goal, you will not receive your planner. It’s an all or nothing system! But don’t worry - we’re not going anywhere. If the Kickstarter doesn’t fund, you will not be charged and we will let you know what we’re up to for Plan B.

When will my credit card be charged?
You will not be charged for your pledge until AFTER the Kickstarter campaign ends (September 15 is the last day!) – at that point, you’ll have some time to process your order, change your pledge, and add any add-ons that you want onto your pledge (annual inserts, dated months, extra magnets, etc).

Why Kickstarter?
We chose Kickstarter for the launch of Abide·Daily™ for 2 important reasons…. 1) this way, we maintain the most control over quality, production, and content - we don’t have to work with a traditional publisher or investors who have competing agendas… 2) we have gone from concept, to research, to design, to testing, and finally to prototyping – and we’re ready to move to production! We just need the boost of capital to get the initial order of planners, and we’ll be all set!

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
