Backer Update: Ship week is HERE!

Hello, lovely backers!

Shipping Update

I just wanted to circle back and give us all an update on shipping! As you know, we had hoped to ship out last week before Thanksgiving. Unfortunately, we had a production delay that has added about a week and a half to our shipping schedule. Here's where we're at:

- All production/manufacturing challenges have been ironed out and assembly has begun with no further delays. Woohoo! This means we have a finalized update for you!

-  As originally promised, you will receive your planner by Christmas at the VERY LATEST (the only exceptions are outside of the US/CA). 

- We will ship all international + the first set of packages this week, by Dec 6.

- We will ship the rest of the packages early next week, by Dec. 11.

- We will arrange to deliver all local pick-up packages by Sunday, Dec 15. 

All packages shipped in the US will be shipped USPS Flat Rate Priority, which means you will receive your package within 3 days of shipping within the US! The latest domestic packages are scheduled to arrive by Dec 16 (any shipped on Dec 11).

Thank you all for your patience! As a Kickstarter, we know that it can be a disappointment to wait so long for something so highly anticipated. But you will get it soon enough, and we are so pleased to announce that production is wrapping up!

Hello, backers!

We're working hard to get these planners done, but we have a few updates!!

1 - The BINDERS are here in our hands!! Woohoo!! We can't wait to get them into yours....

2 - We're finishing up the last edits on the printed portion of the order. We'll let you know when we get them!

3 - For any add-ons or shipping from BackerKit, your cards were charged today! We are ONE step closer to getting these in your hands! This also means that add-ons are locked, and no more items can be ordered through this system. Keep an eye out, though, our website will be up by Thanksgiving!!

3 - The boxes your planner comes in are SO PRETTY, we are GUSHING over them. See for yourself.....

[Action Required] Backer Update: Surveys due on MONDAY!!

Hello, Backers!

This is your final, friendly reminder that all backer surveys are due on MONDAY, October 21, and we have only received about 2/3 of our submissions.

In order to receive the planner that you've already paid for, you need to complete this survey by Monday, October 21! :)

Here's why...

- Submit your shipping address

- Pay for shipping based on your location (choose "local pickup" as your country instead of US if you'd like to arrange for pickup in Pasadena, CA)

- You can let us know what color you want.

- You add on any additional inserts (including dated 2020 inserts!).

Hey, everyone!

It's been a little while since I've sent y'all an update, so here's where we're at...

- The binders have been FINISHED and are on their way! They should arrive at the end of October / early November. We'll let you know when they get here!

- The spreads are 100% done and approved, ready to go to the presses! 

- We're working on the instructions and finalizing the workbook. They're turning out SO well!

- We just got some samples of the gold-foiled DIVIDERS in and they are gorgeous, especially next to the magnets!!! 😍 Check it out...

I can't wait to get these to you guys. If all goes according to plan, you should receive yours by Thanskgiving instead of Christmas!!!

Backer Surveys: Coming to your inbox this week!

Hello, everyone!

Thank you so much for all of your support. We are wrapping things up over here and are hard at work getting your orders ready!

As announced previously, backer surveys were supposed to go out yesterday (this is where you can put in your shipping address, make your final shipping payment, and add any add-ons you'd like!) -- however, due to some items we had to iron out it's been a few days delayed.

Friday, October 4 is when we are scheduled to send out our surveys!

What this means for your pledge....

• 1 - Confirm your shipping address
• 2 - Finalize your order and make any add-on selections you'd like 
• 3 - Complete your order and pay for shipping based on your country of residence

You will need to finalize your order and confirm your shipping address by October 20!
